1. Customized products can not be fully refunded if they are in production.

2. The orders that have been shipped are not refundable temporarily. Customers need wait for the goods to arrive at the destination before they can be returned. We only can refund when we receipt the return goods.

3. After-sale time is 7 days since receiving the parcel according to the tracking info.

4. The product has to be Original New.

5. Second return is not accepted.

6. Shipping fee of returning will be paid by customers because the shoes don't fit, don't like it and other subjective reasons.

7. For customers who choose to DHL shipping, because the freight paid has already been used, we will not refund the DHL shipping fee.
