Once customized products enter the production stage, a full refund is no longer possible.

2. Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for immediate refunds. Customers must wait for the package to arrive at its destination before requesting a return; refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item.

3. After-sales requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (based on logistics tracking information).

4. Returned items must be in brand-new condition.

5. Items cannot be returned a second time.

6. For returns due to incorrect sizing, personal preference, or other subjective reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

7. For orders shipped via DHL, the shipping fee is non-refundable as the cost has already been incurred.

Procedure:

1. Prepare the following information:

Order number
Photos (including the outer packaging)
2. Send the above information to service@vocosishoes.com to request a refund or exchange.

3. We will process your request within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

Important Notes:

1. Please retain the original packaging and all related information so we can verify the item.
2. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
3. Once the return is confirmed, we will provide a return address in China; the customer must provide a tracking number to complete the refund process.
4. Returns made without contacting customer service will not be accepted.
5. We will provide the return address after reviewing the photos; please do not return the item to the original shipping address on the package.
6. A full refund will be provided if the product has obvious defects or damage caused by us.
7. If the return is due to sizing issues or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
